Mekong Delta Vietnam in brief – this Mekong trip is for a fascinating discovery of diversified culture and simple, peaceful lifestyle of friendly locals along the mighty Mekong Rivers. This 3 days Mekong Trip will be full of self-relaxation and enjoyable with sampan rides through beautiful evergreen islets of orchards. You will be strolling through verdant orchards of My Tho as well as exploring local lives behind peaceful palm-shaded creeks. Beside the amazing floating markets of Cai Rang – Can Tho, you will also reach Chau Doc, a land of exotic Cham tribes with their own culture and agricultural lifestyle.

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – My Tho – Can Tho (Lunch, Dinner)
  Mekongdeltatravel’s tour guide and driver will pick up at your hotel and transfer to Mekong Delta with visits at Vinh Trang Pagoda in My Tho. Then, take a boat cruise on Mekong River to visit fruit orchard, and local activities including of coconut candy making, honey beekeepers’ house and small canals. Then, continue to Can Tho. On arrival in Can Tho, check in and have a break. Your guide will pick you up for a walking tour in the late afternoon with visit to Can Tho Market, night market, and Ninh Kieu wharf. Have dinner at the local restaurant with water front. Stay overnight in Can Tho.

Day 2: Can Tho – Chau Doc (Breakfast, Lunch)
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will go on a boat cruise on The Mekong River to visit Cai Rang and Phong Dien floating markets – the biggiest in the region. In the afternoon, you will have a drive to Chau Doc Town via the Holy Lady Temple, and Sam mountain. Stay overnight in Chau Doc.

Day 3: Chau Doc – Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast, Lunch)
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will take a boat cruise to visit floating village and floating fish farms. Visit Cham village, an Islamic minority people in Viet Nam. Visit the home of Cham weavers and the local mosque, where Cham children learn Arabic. Then, transfer returning to Ho Chi Minh City. End service at your hotel on arrival.
